フランスの作家ユルスナールは
素敵な靴をはいていました。
その靴は彼女の足にぴったりとあっていて、
その靴を履くと、どこまでも、どこまでも歩ける、
そんな靴。
The French writer Ms.Yoursenar wore a nice pair of shoes. The shoes fit her feet so perfectly that she could walk anywhere and everywhere in them.
食生活も似ています。
子供の長年の体調不良の原因が
遅延性のアレルギーからくるものだとわかり、
にわかに始まったグルテンフリー生活。
当初は食べられるものの少なさに驚き、
悲観しました。
何より辛かったのは、
食べられないものを見つけた時の子供の落胆した顔。
食べることは楽しいことなのに…。
Our diets are similar.
We began our gluten-free lifestyle suddenly when we discovered that the cause of our child's long-standing health problems was due to delayed allergies. At first, we were surprised at how little food we could eat.
What was most painful was the look of disappointment on our child's face when they found something they couldn't eat.
Eating should be a very fun thing to do....
食べる喜びをもう一度思い出してほしくて、
代替食を作ることに励みました。
なんだって食べられる、
食べたいものを我慢する必要なんてないってことを
知って欲しかった。
食べられないものを数えては
ため息をついていた日々が、
食べられるものを見つけて喜ぶ毎日へと
変わっていきました。
米粉を使った代替食のレシピも増え
家庭での食生活は不自由ないものになっています。
でも外食となると…。
安心して食事を楽しめるお店があれば、
という思いからユルスナールは生まれました。
自分の足にぴったりあった靴を履いていると、
どこまでも歩いていける。
食生活も同じです。
We wanted them to remember the joy of eating again, so we worked hard to create alternative foods.
Hope them to know that they could eat anything. Hope them to know that they didn't have to hold back anything they wanted to eat.
The days of counting the things they couldn't eat and sighing, were replaced by days of finding things they could eat and rejoicing.
Recipes for alternative meals using rice flour increased, and our eating habits at home became unencumbered.
But when it came to eating out, we were inconvenienced. We wanted a place where we could enjoy our meals with peace of mind, so we founded Restaurant Yoursunar.
When you wear shoes that fit your feet perfectly, you can walk anywhere.
We believe the same is true of our eating habits.

Yoursenar-kun
ぶかぶかで足の大きさに合っていない靴は、体に合わない食生活を表現したもの。後ろ手に持ったスプーンは、食べたいものを食べることができないもどかしさを表現したもの。
当初、このユルスナールくんは、アレルギーが判明したときの私たち家族と同じように、困惑して、俯き立ち止まっていました。でも、アレルギーがあっても食べることを楽しんでほしい、前を向いて歩いていってほしい、そんな思いから少し目線を上げ、一歩踏み出しているユルスナールくんが誕生しました。
About our symbolic character "Yoursenar-kun"
The shoes he wears, which are too big for his feet, represent a meal that does not fit his body. The spoon he holds behind his back expresses the frustration of wanting to eat but not being able to.
At first, this boy, Yoursenar-kun, was as confused and downcast as our family was when we discovered that he was allergic to wheat. But we wanted him to look forward and walk forward, because even though he has a wheat allergy, he can still enjoy eating. Now, Yoursenar-kun has raised his eyes a little, taken a step forward, and is beginning to walk.
Promise
主材料、副材料に小麦を一切使用しておりません。
No flour is used at all, not only in the main ingredients but also in the secondary ingredients.
主材料にはコンタミネーション（※1）のない安全な新潟産の米粉を使用しております。
The main ingredient is Niigata（Japan's rice-producing region）rice flour, which is safe and free from contamination.
（※1）コンタミネーション…………食品の製造過程において異物が「混入」することを指します。
Contamination：refers to the unintentional inclusion of specified raw materials that are not used as ingredients but can be allergens in the process of manufacturing food products.

米粉だから、食べても大丈夫。
米粉でも、ちゃんとおいしい。
ちゃんとおいしいから、
家族や友人と一緒に食べたい。
